The International Trade Promotion Centre based at the NEC, Birmingham, provides free expert advice and guidance to UK-based companies wishing to grow their business overseas and to international companies wishing to set up or expand their business in the UK.
The Centre is a joint venture between four partners: UK Trade & Investment, is the Government organisation that helps UK based companies succeed in international markets and assists overseas companies to bring high quality investment to the UK's vibrant economy. The Regional Development Agency, Advantage West Midlands; Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and Locate in Birmingham.
Through the Centre, exhibitors or visitors at the NEC can tap into the vast services available from our partners.
It also has dedicated staff working to attract international buyers to trade shows through international trade delegations managed by UK Trade & Investment. In addition, the Centre acts as a central point for co-ordinating both national and regional government-funded activities at exhibitions held at the NEC.
